Privacy

Privacy policy

Effective 16 September 2026. Travel with Tutu is currently operated by Tutu. This policy describes the website and enquiry process in their current form.

What is collected

Ask Tutu may collect your name, email, destination, optional travel dates, and message. A Go with Tutu enquiry may also collect the selected service and optional party size. If a service later requires itinerary material, Tutu will request only what is needed to assess or deliver the agreed scope.

Do not submit passport numbers, payment-card details, account passwords, one-time verification codes, or medical records through these forms.

Why it is used

Tutu uses the information to reply, understand the requested trip or service, assess fit and availability, arrange next steps, prevent misuse, and keep a record of what was agreed. An enquiry is not used to create an automatic booking or charge.

Form provider and access

Forms are hosted by Tally. Information submitted to a Tally form is processed and stored by Tally under its own privacy and security terms, and may be processed in countries different from yours. Within Travel with Tutu, only Tutu is intended to access form responses. Do not submit until the form identifies Tally and links this policy.

Retention and deletion

There is currently no automated deletion schedule. Responses remain in Tally while they are needed to answer an enquiry, manage an agreed service, resolve a dispute, or keep necessary business records, unless they are deleted manually. You can request access, correction, or deletion through Ask Tutu. Requests are handled manually; legal or record-keeping requirements may limit deletion.

Analytics, cookies, payments, and links

The current main site does not enable analytics or advertising cookies. The Trip Book may use local browser storage for saved cards and reading progress; that data stays in your browser unless you clear it. No payment processor is currently connected to the enquiry flow. External websites, maps, and Tally apply their own policies when you open them.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated before adding analytics, marketing email, payment processing, a different form provider, or materially different retention practices. For a privacy question or request, use Ask Tutu; a domain email address will be added after it is configured.
